Vila Nova de Cerveira is located in northwest of Portugal and is designed to meet the owners’ needs during their short breaks.
The coherence with the beautiful nature is achieved through the use of large amounts of glass surfaces in the interior. Also, in order to stay in balance with the nature, architect Emanuel Silva used paving stone on the lower level in this cottage of 600 square meters.
The house is divided into two segments that intersect in the horizontal and vertical planes of communication, making it so pleasant for accommodation, leisure and social gatherings.

This amazing house is located in Lo Curro hill, capital of Chile, Santiago. The terrain is covered with a 30 years old eucalyptus forest and it is crossed by an irrigation canal. It has a front view of the southern hillside with vegetation, and a side view of the area east towards the city. This site is close from highways and therefore connected to all other facilities.

1.House Stojanovic – location: Lake Vlasina
The owner of the house is Jovo Stojanovic, a businessman from Serbia. He had bought a land on the shore of Lake Vlasina and has hesitated about the choice of the designer. Finally, he opted for the architect Bozidar Petrovic. This house is a little masterpiece of sandstone rock that is embedded in objects, paths and fire-grill in the backyard.
2. House Filipovic – location: Asanja
This house has approximately 300 square meters on two levels, with great salon on the ground. In addition to this building, it is planned to be built a shed and be suitable for rural tourism.
Thatching is the craft of building a roof with dry vegetation such as straw, water reed, sedge, rushes, or heather, layering the vegetation so as to shed water away from the inner roof. It is a very old roofing method and has been used in both tropical and temperate climates. Thatch is still employed by builders in developing countries, usually with low-cost, local vegetation. By contrast in some developed countries it is now the choice of affluent people who desire a rustic look for their home, would like a more ecologically friendly roof, or who have purchased an originally thatched abode.
